This position will be starting end of August-early September.
Skills & Experience
- Previous Duty Manager experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a clear focus
on quality and high standards
About You
- Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a successful
guest-focused team - Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Previous experience working within hotels, or the hospitality industry
- Leading from the front and being a constant presence with the team and our guests, you will be overseeing all aspects of the front office and reservations operations
- Available nights, weekends and public holidays
- Have initiative and be self-motivated
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
