This position will be starting end of August-early September.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Duty Manager experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a clear focus
    on quality and high standards

  • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a successful
    guest-focused team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Previous experience working within hotels, or the hospitality industry
  • Leading from the front and being a constant presence with the team and our guests, you will be overseeing all aspects of the front office and reservations operations
  • Available nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Have initiative and be self-motivated
  • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment

Chef de partie

 Are you looking for a job that gives you the opportunity to work in a great team and learn and perfect your skills with regular shifts and excellent career prospects? Then you should apply. This position will be starting end of August-early September. We are looking for a chef de parties who can:

  • Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by the recipes
  • Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep costs within the forecasted range
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at the workstation and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery
  • Set up and clean station according to Head & Sous Chef
  • Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables and shelves
  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards
  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Head Chef & Sous Chef
  • Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Follow and carry out instructions from Head Chef and Sous Chef
  • Work cooperatively, show respect and understanding to colleagues and customers
