Our buffet is structured to take you on a breakfast journey, offering a wide range of options:

BREAD

Sourdough, Sliced white, Seeded sourdough, fruit loaf, sliced GF bread.

CONDIMENTS

Vegemite, Nutella, house jam x2, Gippsland butter, HP sauce, Sambal chilli, Tabasco, maple syrup, honey, whipped ricotta.

COLD PLATTER

Brie/fontina cheeses, avocado/pea guacamole, mixed leaf salad (balsamic dressing), sliced ham, smoked salmon (cream cheese and dill), fruit salad (natural yoghurt).

PASTRIES

Large plain croissants, small fruit danish/choc croissant, waffles, flourless orange cake.

HOT BREAKFAST

Streaky bacon, maple and thyme chipolata sausages, house baked beans, roast mushroom, roast tomatoes, poached free range eggs, scrambled free range eggs, fried potatoes.
