Our Commitment

Our building is an older property and, due to its existing layout, not every area is step-free or wheelchair accessible. We believe it is important to provide clear and accurate information about our facilities so you can make an informed decision and plan your visit or stay with confidence.

We continue to look for practical ways to improve accessibility across our venue and are pleased to have completed our new accessible toilet for guests.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, our team is happy to discuss them with you before you visit.

Around the Venue

Our new accessible toilet is now complete and available for guests.

The facility includes:

  • Step-free access
  • Grab rails
  • An accessible basin
  • Baby change facilities

A marked accessible parking bay is located directly outside the public bar, providing the shortest and most level path into the venue.

If you would like more information about accessing any part of the hotel, please contact our team before your visit. We will be happy to talk you through the venue and help you plan ahead.

Accommodation

Please note that our accommodation is not currently wheelchair accessible. The building’s existing layout includes stairs and narrow passages that cannot be avoided.

For guests with low vision or limited mobility, we recommend considering Room 23, which offers:

  • A walk-in shower
  • Limited steps on the way to the room
  • A layout well suited to guests with low vision

As individual accessibility requirements vary, we recommend contacting us before booking so we can explain the room and access route and help you determine whether it will be suitable for you.

Planning Your Visit

If you have any questions about accessibility — including parking, access around the venue, seating, dietary requirements or whether Room 23 may be suitable for you — please get in touch before booking.

We are happy to talk through your individual requirements and provide as much information as possible so you know what to expect before you arrive.
