What's On In The Valley
The Lilydale & Yarra Valley Show
An annual agricultural and horticultural show featuring animal showcases, crafts, food displays, live entertainment, and fireworks.
Regional events and experiences worth planning around while you base yourself in Warburton.
The Lilydale & Yarra Valley Show is back, bringing that unmistakable energy to the Lilydale Showgrounds. It is one of those annual markers on the calendar—a time when the community gathers to celebrate the very best of our region’s agricultural and horticultural roots.
You can expect the usual suspects that make a show feel like home: animal showcases, intricate crafts, and food displays that highlight what our local growers do best. It is about seeing the results of hard work, whether that is in a prize-winning vegetable or a finely crafted piece of woodwork.
The atmosphere is never quiet. Between the live entertainment keeping things moving and the inevitable burst of fireworks to cap off the festivities, there is plenty to keep you occupied. It is an event built on honest displays of talent and the kind of local spirit you only find around here.
Mark your calendars for the weekend of November 21st to the 22nd, 2026. It is a two-day stretch that promises to be as busy as any other year. Whether you are there for the livestock, the food, or just to wander the grounds with a drink in hand, it is a staple of the Yarra Valley circuit.
If you want to keep an eye on updates or see what else is in store, you can find them over on their Facebook page.
See you at the showgrounds.
