What's On In The Valley

The Marysville Art Show returns

A local art exhibition held in Marysville

Regional events and experiences worth planning around while you base yourself in Warburton.

There is a particular kind of energy that comes when the locals decide to show what they’ve been working on. It isn’t about pretension or polished galleries; it is about the honest expression of life in the valley. That spirit returns this October with the Marysville Art Show 2026.

The exhibition finds its home at MiRa Marysville—the Marysville Information & Regional Artspace. Located at 11 Murchison St, it is a space dedicated to the regional talent that makes this part of Victoria so distinct. If you are looking for a reason to head up the mountain and spend an afternoon soaking in some local creativity, this is it.

The show officially kicks off with an opening event on Saturday, 31 October 2026. While the doors open for the exhibition starting from 30 October, that Saturday session is when the community really gathers to see what has been created. It is a chance to see the valley through the eyes of its artists, captured in paint, clay, and other mediums.

The exhibition isn’t just a weekend affair. Once it opens, you have plenty of time to wander through the works at your own pace, as the show runs all the way through until 28 November 2026. It is the perfect companion to a day spent exploring the trails or catching the waterfalls nearby.

Whether you are an art lover or just someone who appreciates the local scene, the Marysville Art Show is a staple for the spring season. It is about seeing the talent that lives right here in our backyard.
